These session will give you an introduction to mindfulness and the 8 week Breathworks mindfulness for Health and Well-Being courses
The sessions are informative and experiential session, and will include simple mindfulness meditation practices to help you begin to experience what it means to be more mindful.
If you are interested in exploring, developing and integrating mindfulness into everyday life, there will be time to find out more about the 8 week mindfulness courses, while enjoying a cup of tea and cakes !
The Mindfulness for Health course will take place in Killarney on Thursday mornings, starting on the 25th of January.
