A week-end retreat to celebrate nature’s new beginnings with us, and experience how the qualities of mindfulness, self-compassion and kindness can become part of our life, guided by Susan O’Regan and Paola Vais. Taking place in the beautiful grounds of Inish Beg Estate, this retreat is suitable for everybody, and provides an opportunity to spend time in nature and share experiences in a small intimate group.

Susan and Paola will guide you through meditation practices, both inside and outdoors, and there will be plenty of personal time for rest, walking in the wooded grounds of the Estate, or swimming in the indoor pool, allowing precious time for self-nourishment and self-care.
Michele McCormack will nourish our bodies with fabulous healthy food.
The retreat starts on Friday 1st February at 6 pm – we’ll have a light supper and take time to get to know each other.Saturday will start with a morning meditation, followed by breakfast,and during the day we’ll explore different practices and enjoy the nature around us. The retreat will end on Sunday after lunch.
